Founded to help builders meet their production goals, Brasher Holdings was formed to give homebuilders a dependable source of finished lots in markets where supply had not kept up with demand. We acquire land, carry it through entitlement and engineering, then build the infrastructure that turns it into buildable lots. Our team manages all three stages, which keeps accountability in one place. Builders work with the same people from site selection through final delivery.
We source our own land
Most developers wait for sites to come to them. Our acquisitions team identifies residential acreage directly, often before it is listed, which gives builders access to positions competitors never see. We underwrite each site for production potential rather than resale, so what we buy is what a builder can actually absorb. That discipline shapes every project we take on.
